This class offers must-have training to properties within the area. With over two million Americans currently
serving in either the Active Component, the National Guard, and our Reserve forces,
you and your team should always stay in-the-know on renting to our Military Service members!

Participants will take a deep dive into:
- Understanding valid Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Orders;
- Navigating the rights provided to Service Members under State and Federal law (including lease-termination and security deposit rights); and
- Complying with the Service Members Civil Relief Act when filing Summary Ejectment
actions against the active-duty and deployed Service Member (and their families).
