About the CGAA

The Coastal Georgia Apartment Association (formerly the Greater Savannah Apartment Association) is a multi-family housing trade association for the Greater Savannah area. CGAA represents 11 counties along the coast of Georgia including Screven, Effingham, Bulloch, Bryan, Chatham, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Glynn, Camden, and Charlton. Founded in 1979, CGAA currently represents 30,000 apartment homes and over 50 businesses that provide products and services to the industry.

The Coastal Georgia Apartment Association is a proud affiliate of the National Apartment Association and the Georgia Apartment Association.
