Event Details

Technicians need to be specially trained in the use of R-410A equipment for safety because it has some characteristics that R-22 does not. The oil in R-410A is not hydroscopic so installation techniques are more regimented. A deep vacuum must be pulled to ensure that all moisture is removed and destructive acid is not formed. There will be an open book exam. Study materials are available in Spanish.
